Order Processing Time Thank you for shopping with Craft Decore! All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 5 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. For customized or made-to-order handicrafts, processing may take an additional 3 to 4 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer reliable shipping across Pakistan using trusted local courier services (such as TCS, Trax, or Leopards). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time within major cities in Pakistan is 7 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package and make the payment to the courier rider.

Fragile Items & Damages in Transit We take immense pride in our authentic camel skin lamps and delicate pottery, packing them with the utmost care to ensure they survive the journey. However, if your order arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately at 03037751456 with your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the external packaging. We will review the claim and arrange for a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
